Yes. When customers accept the quotation, we can arrange the samples for them. Normally sample charge is requested and sample fee is refundable when customer place the order. The samples are delivered by couriers with freight collect.

30% T/T (Bank Transfer) deposit before production, 70% T/T(Bank Transfer) before shipment. Or L/C at sight.

Our QC team will follow the "Production Schedule" accordingly to make sure that each step will be going smoothly and qualified, and we will update the actual status to our clients until we shipped out the goods. If mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.
